HERE’S a complete rendering of what a Suzuki GSX-R250 could look like, courtesy of Indonesian site Motoblast.

The GSX-R250 is rumoured to be one of two 250cc models being unveiled by Suzuki at the Tokyo Motor Show. The other bike is said to be a V-Strom 250. The current speculation follows that both bikes will be based on the engine from the Inazuma 250, which will be tuned differently for the GSX-R. As yet, there is no word on technical features but if these bikes do appear on Suzuki's stand, we'll be sure to find out all the details.

So will it happen? We hope so and it doesn’t seem unreasonable that Suzuki would want a small capacity sports bike in their lineup to compete the likes of the Ninja 300, Yamaha R3, KTM RC 390 and Honda’s new CBR250RR.
