Less than a year after beginning its AMA Supercross journey, and after just 13 rounds of competition on the TF 250-X, Triumph Factory Racing and Jordan Smith have stood on the top step of the podium.

The venue for Triumph’s first big win in Supercross came at the State Farm Stadium, where Smith started second and quickly took the lead to control the race from the front. Smith, who races with the number 19, eventually crossed the line a full 1.65 seconds ahead of the KTM-mounted, and 250SX West series leader, Julien Beaumer. Rounding out the podium was Michael Mosiman who was 5.4 seconds back from the winner. The result puts Smith in second place in the 2025 250SX West standings with 85 points, just three points back from the aforementioned Beaumer.

Speaking after the historic race, a clearly excited Smith said:

“This is unbelievable, man. Huge thanks to the whole team – everyone – as we made great decisions all day. Everything was just perfect. It was a flawless day. It feels incredible to get the first win for Triumph and we are only just getting started. The only way is up from here.”

Up from ‘here’ will be the journey from Arizona to The Sunshine State of Florida, to the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida for the next round on February 9.

Speaking about his riders’ and his teams' performance at the event, Jeremy Coker, General Manager, Triumph Racing America, said:

"What an amazing night! To be a part of this history is something special. To get the first win in the way that we did – and as fast as we did – is amazing. People do not understand that we have not even raced this bike for a whole year, nor have we scratched the surface. There will be many more of these in the future. I want to thank Triumph for putting their trust in me and assembling such a fantastic team."
