POLICE have released this CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the theft of 12 motorcycles in a burglary.

Motorcycles and kit worth £250,000 were stolen from a dealership in Braintree, Essex, on the night of September 14-15 last year.

The bikes taken from Cannon Motorcycles were nine BMW S1000RRs, one BMW HP4, one BMW S1000R and one KTM RC8.

Crash helmets, clothing, £1,500 cash and 44 tyres were also taken from the family-run business, which suffered £50,000 worth of damage.

Two of the bikes were recovered in East London on October 1.

Two men from London aged 23 and 46 have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and bailed until July 5.

The newly-released CCTV image shows a third man officers now want to identify.

Anyone with information is asked to call Braintree CID anonymously on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111, or to visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
