LS2 Unveils New 6K Carbon Dragon Helmet Model
LS2 has unleashed its latest premium helmet with the new Dragon edition which comes in a variety of designs

LS2 has unveiled its latest helmet model in the form of a new Dragon lid that has been constructed using 6k carbon fibre.
The new LS2 Dragon helmet’s construction means it can be used for both street riding and racing, and it boasts a host of practical features to boot. The Dragon’s shell is made from 100 per cent high grade 6k twill weave carbon fibre, offering high levels of penetration resistance and energy dispersion according to the Spanish company.
The Dragon helmet is the latest from LS2 to receive new graphics after the Thunder GP Aero benefited from the same last month, and it features three different outer shell sizes, starting with the smallest and lightest helmet across the fitment range, which weights just 1400 grams.
Carbon components feature throughout the Dragon, including the ventilation ports at the chin, forehead and rear, which gives it the same standards as helmets featured on our recent motorbike helmet buyer's guide.
The 3D A-Class Polycarbonate visor features an ingenious quick release system that’s derived from LS2’s race helmets. It also comes with a Pinlock 120 MaxVision Anti Fog System as standard and a breath guard also features.

Inside is an X-Static Silver Fabric liner, which is antimicrobial and anti-odour, and it also helps to regulate temperature. As with other lids in LS2’s range, the liner is fully removable and washable.
Fully certified to the latest ECE 22.06 standard, additional safety features include Emergency Release System cheek pads, reinforced chin strap with Double D-Ring fastening, multi-density EPS impact absorption, and reflective safety patches.
Finally, the lid also comes with LS2’s voice-operated Bluetooth by Cardo 4X Intercom. Like the complete LS2 range, the new helmet has been designed and developed at the brand’s European headquarters in Barcelona.
The new design in a solid carbon finish is priced at £349.99 while another four graphic variants take the overall RRP to £379.99.
