New Indian Scout Sixty Lineup Revealed
Indian Motorcycles has taken the wraps off its Scout Sixty lineup for 2025 which includes new Bobber and Classic models
EICMA may be in the books for some but new bikes for next year are continuing to be unveiled, and the latest company to do so is Indian Motorcycles with a fresh 2025 lineup.
A complete overhaul for the new Scout Sixty lineup has taken place as the Indian Bobber and Classic models feature a redesigned engine and new frame.
Both new versions will land in the European market but there will be the option to have either the Bobber or Classic model in a Standard offering or a Limited version. The former includes ABS, LED lighting, a new fuel level gauge, updated hand controls and a bigger battery. The Standard edition also provides an analogue gauge.
The Limited version of both models takes Indian’s Scout Sixty lineup that bit further with a more tailored experience. Both models get everything that the Standard feature offers, but it also gets cruise control and traction control. Three riding modes are available too which include Sport, Standard and Rain.
If you opt for the Limited trim then all of those are standard on the Bobber or Classic, but if you prefer the Standard model you can still get cruise control and traction control, but they will need to be add-ons.
Powering both models is the same, completely redesigned, liquid-cooled 60-degree 999cc engine that produces 85bhp at 8500rpm and 64Ib ft of torque at 6200rpm. The smaller engine compared to the 1250cc Indian Scout features a five-gear transmission. The Scout Sixty lineup is also suitable for a restriction down to 47bhp, making it viable for riders on an A2 licence.
Now the cheapest models across the Indian motorcycle range, the smaller displacement Scouts are also the brand’s smallest. Seat height and weight figures come in at 654mm and 232kg respectively for the new Classic, whereas the Bobber features a 649mm seat height and overall weight of 234kg.
In Standard form the Bobber is the cheaper of the two models at a price of £10,995, compared to £11,695 for the Classic. But when opting for the Limited version the Classic then becomes the more affordable of the two with an RRP of £12,695 - the Bobber rises to £12,995.
