Deal of the Day: Get a Used Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR For Cheap
This 2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR is less than half the price of its newer sibling, and has just over 4k miles on the clock
Fancy a Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR at an affordable price and with low mileage, well, this 2022 model provides just that and is kitted out in some very nice parts to add even more value, not to mention it features a Racefit exhaust.
The latest Speed Triple 1200 RR from Triumph costs £17,950, which compared to its fellow sportbike rivals, is not bad in today’s market. But I’m quite sure that £8,250 will sound even better to some, and that’s the price of this 2022 model which has just 4,845 miles on the clock, while also being in very good condition.
Thanks to its 1160cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine, which produces 178bhp at 10750rpm and 92.2Ib ft of torque at 9000, the Speed Triple 1200 RR is a formidable track weapon and this particular bike has been fitted with a Racefit exhaust to make it sound that much sweeter.
The suspension is as good as it gets aboard this bike, with Ohlins 43mm fully adjustable USD forks that feature 120mm of travel. Ohlins S-EC 2.0 OBTi system electronic compression/rebound damping is also found as part of the front suspension system. Ohlins monoshock RSU with linkage, 120mm rear wheel travel and Ohlins S-EC 2.0 OBTi system electronic compression/rebound damping comprises the set-up at the rear.
Dual 320mm discs with four-piston radial monobloc Brembo Stylema calipers gives the bike the very best braking system out there and features cornering ABS, while the rear sees a 220mm disc with Brembo twin-piston caliper and cornering ABS.
Featuring several stylish carbon fibre pieces to add even more class, the nice touches don’t stop there as the bike also includes a compact TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, multiple Rider Modes, keyless ride, heated grips, cruise control, a quickshifter, adaptive LED lighting, a specialised Triumph tail tidy, gold chain and MRA Tinted Double Bubble Screen.
The bike comes in a Crystal White/Storm Grey colourway and is complete with the bike’s history and documentation.
