The Suzuki GSX-S1000 has been updated for 2025, with a new five-inch colour TFT display, replacing the reverse LCD system, and tweaks to the electronics headlining the changes.

To help highlight the update, Suzuki has also rolled out a new zero per cent finance deal which is topped up by a £1000 dealer contribution.

The GSX-S1000 has been tweaked over the years since its inception in 2015 as it became a naked variant of the GSX-R1000 sportbike. Its engine, though, still traces its roots to the K5 GSX-R1000 sports bike.

But while most areas of the bike remain unchanged since the last major update in 2021, the new five-inch colour TFT display has been updated which should now be clearer, easier to read, and might make changing the riding modes and electronics easier.

The updated model also features integrated traction control and an anti-wheelie system that comprises five modes, as well as the ability to switch it off altogether. There’s also a quickshifter fitted as standard.

The updated GSX-S1000 comes in Suzuki’s traditional blue and white colour scheme with black wheels. There’s also a stealthy-looking all-black version and a new silver variant, which features blue accents and blue wheels.

In terms of performance, the detuned superbike-derived engine delivers 150bhp at 11,000rpm and 78Ib ft of torque at 9,250rpm, and is housed in a twin-spar aluminium frame. The suspension kit comes in the shape of fully adjustable KYB forks and a preload and rebound damping adjustable rear shock.

Customers can get the updated model for just £69 a month on a four-year PCP deal, with a £2,337 deposit, while also getting zero per cent finance and a dealer contribution of £1000.
